Curriculum Resources K-8

Textbooks are viewed as resources to support standards based learning in a Christian environment.  Resources are reviewed for updates on a regular basis. Faculty use a wide variety of resources, assessments, lesson structures, and techniques.  Resources balance basic skills for mastery learning in addition to higher level 21st Century learning involving real world applications. At Trinity, we have high expectations for academics and behavior. Faculty promote full, active, positive participation from students in all areas.

Trinity strives to strike a balance between classical and modern methods of teaching. Through extensive research by our team leaders, we have identified common strands of data which, over the past century, have proven most effective at helping young learners achieve the most in literacy and math. In fact, we have researched model Christian schools and have implemented many of the same resources.
